Return Requests
Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery to request a return.
To begin a return, email us at 104poetst@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Your return request must be made within 3 business days of delivery.
- Returned items must be received by Poet Street Boutique within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or the incorrect item was received.

Once your return request has been approved, we’ll email you instructions on where to send your return.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For health, hygiene, and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

- Jewelry
- Hats
- Personalized or custom items
- Graphic tees and graphic sweatshirts
- Beauty and personal care products

Exchanges
Due to limited inventory and the nature of our boutique, we cannot guarantee availability in another size or color.
If you’d like a different size or item, we recommend returning your original purchase (if eligible) and placing a new order.
